Basing totally on them, my decision(s) are:
1. To connect with URW to exclude violation of their
rights.
2. To try to be involved in freefont project (as my main
aim is implementation of Georgian) - that seems nice for me.
If my fonts will be acceptable i'm going to make them free for
free, GPL-ed for GPL and commercial for commercial Fonts (PostScript, TrueType,
Bitmap, any). Considering that this must be observed
with possible partners before and choose most appropriate [only in case of
controversy].
