Hi all, Yesterday, a whole lot of stock came in from ecofarms (we think, in which case it probably came in with the vegies). Only problem was, we didn't order it - at least, I didn't, and I can't imagine anyone else did. And it wasn't on the invoice - which means the delivery people probably delivered it to the wrong people. So please, when you unpack an order, if it's not on the invoice, DO NOT ACCEPT IT! In any case, I will always write when there's an order coming in in the diary, and I also write what I've ordered on the ordering clipboard. Occasionally, I might forget to write everything down that I actually order - if it's on the invoice, it's probably fine. If it seems a bit strange, please call/sms me (my details are in the shop). If you can't contact me and you're in doubt, accept it BUT DO NOT UNPACK IT!!!!! (and send me an sms or email, or if you can't leave a message for someone else to and I can get it sorted out asap). If we don't unpack it, we can return it. If we unpack it, it's much harder. It may be impossible to return it if we've sold anything. And we just can't afford to have a whole lot of stuff go bad, since we run so close to our margins.
Meanwhile, if you were there when the stock came in yesterday (yoghurt, mango and juice), please contact Helen to confirm who it came from.
