hi brenda, connie, rob, renata, other superweeds, we had a great meeting last night, and monika came up with the sensational idea (it seems she has an infinite supply of wondrous ideas!) that we have a laminated poster board, on which are written currently stocked items, date ordered, date delivered, current retail price.
(MONIKA: the date ordered will be updated by connie and brenda in red. see the paragraph below as to why we need this as well. can you please add it to whatever columns you were going to have on the board, and also ask brenda and connie if there is another column that needs to be added. remember, though, this is to be a very simple info sheet. no general product info like what you use it for, or its ingredients, etc. just product, dates, prices.) we just use the eucalyptus oil and erase any currently non-stocked, so it needn't be a big board. SO: once it is installed, if you are on a shift when stock comes in (probably you, rob, or renata or monika our NEW SUPERWEED!! ELLEN: we need to discuss) then can you PLEASE update the board as appropriate. note that this will include changing the items currently in red to black (see below). unless you guys decide that including the date ordered is sufficient, and we don't need the red/black/star/whatever coding as well. (see below for coding explanation). also CONNIE, BRENDA: when you do an order, perhaps you could put it up on the board in RED. or underline it. or put a non-permanent marking pen star next to it, or something. that way people know it's been ordered, and if it does NOT come in, it stays in red/marked with a star/whatever. if it does come in, you make it black/erase the star/whatever. xxh.
