hi all, it has been current policy not to pay the co-ordinator over the break. however, with the availability of veggies and the shop trading on thursdays, as well as our super-duper-comprehensive o'week plan, the current co-ordinator has been putting in a lot of unpaid hours.
note that other volunteers clock up "shop credit" payment for any hours they've been working BUT THE CO_ORDINATOR DOES NOT. so whilst other volunteers have now been getting some "payment" for their hours, the co-ordinator has not. i would like to propose that the co-ordinator be paid over the break for hours that they work, less than and not exceeding the normal 12 hrs per week, at the usual rate. anyone have any objections?
