Hi all!
Here's an update on teh consitution committee. We recieved six nominations (yay!).The consitution committee proposal stated there shoudl be between 4 and 7 members of the committee and also required that the commitee be more than half non-management people.
As we recieved six nominations and less than half of these (only 2) are people who are on the managment committee and there were less nominations than places, the following people will be elected to be on the consitution committee unless there are any objections.
*bron (as in little bron, who went on the coop field trip who was around last session,)
*rob hughes (newish member)
*anne (managment- our web person)
*brenda (mangement for these purposes, recently resigned has done a variety of roles like ordering, roster and training)
*lily (superweed)
*suzy forrester (member since at least last year)
If anyone has any objections please email me and let me know by 5pm on Friday this week (15/5/04).
