Hi everyone,
Lily Pejkic has been elected as the Training Manager and Summer Brackhan has been elected onto the Sub-committee to take care of Shop Aesthetics. Congratulations to both of you :) Just a reminder: we still need to fill the following positions: Management Committee: (see below for a job description) Fundraising Subcommittee: (see below for job descriptions) Product Research Cottage Industry Newsletter Want to take on a role (or know someone who should)? Email me with your details and those of the person you are nominating (if not yourself). If you nominate someone else, I'll check with them that it's ok. Once I have done that, or if you nominate yourself, I will send an email out to the list indicating who has been nominated. I will then give a deadline of 48 hours - as long as I receive at least 5 votes within those 48 hours, we have quorum, and that will be the deciding factor. I'll remind everyone of this when I send out those emails... Votes should be sent TO ME not to the list - that way I am the only person who knows who voted for who, or who voted to not have someone. NOTE TO NEW MEMBERS: sub-committee positions can be a great way to get involved in the co-op and get to know heaps of people - but feel free to dive straight into a management position, particularly if you have been involved with this sort of thing before :) Ok, job descriptions: FUNDRAISING: 1.
