Hi all!
it's the end of an era. ... Thoughtful foods, the unsw food coop, which was orginally known as Pigweed was set up just over 10 years ago and will be closing its current doors forever on thursday next week before the building gets demolished on 1st of decemeber. we then go into complete storage mode for a month and half before we move into our new space in the roundhouse mid january. we've still got a fair bit of stock left most of which has been marked down to cost price as we dont want what's left to go to waste. so if you want to say goodbye to the old place before it is no more, thursday is your last chance to grab some organic goodies at bargin prices, pack veggie boxes for the very last time, hang out in the coop and share some of the many pigweed stories and chat abouts what's happened in this space. we'd also love some help sorting out what needs to go where for the next month. we'll need to move some stuff into our office and organise some stock to go to brenda's garage etc. before the builders put everything else into storage. hope to see you there! monika Find local movie times and trailers on Yahoo!
