I'm sorry to spam everyone
We're looking for two fabulous housemates for our
fabulous spacious terrace in Marriott St, which is
near Cleveland St in Surry Hills. We are a cool coop
and enviro-friendly household.
The home is a 2min walk to shops and a bus stop with
buses operating 24/7. Buses go to Central, UNSW, the
City, USyd, Newtown etc. We are also only minutes away
from the bars and restaurants of Surry Hills
(Bar Cleveland- another 5 min stroll!)
Both rooms are $120/week,
One is available from the next week (8 November)
The other from the end of November or early December
The place is very homely and features a small
courtyard garden, plenty of living space and a decent
sized kitchen. Plus between the 2 of us we have most
of the essential appliances, so you'd only have to
bring
your own bedroom furniture. Phone, electricity and
broadband bills are to be shared.
