Hi all!
Just letting people know that something not good at all happened today. while i was making peanut butter for the asen the peanut butter machine blew up, sent smoke everywhere and then died. luckily no-one was hurts however this unfortunately means that the peanut butter machine is out of action until further notice.
we need to get it repaired (or possible replaced depending on how much damage was done) and this is going to be expensive. we're probably looking at at least $300 for repair and lots more ($US 600 + shipping for a second hand one on ebay). im away next week so wont be able to organise getting it repaired until the 6th but hopefully it should be ok again by the time we go back to uni. however, given our finances are still tight we cant afford to just pay for the repair.
basically this means we're going to have to do a fundraiser or two to b!
e able to
pay for the repairs..so here's a call out for ideas as to how we could do this..
if you have any ideas (and particularly if you'd also like to be involved in organising it) please let me know via email or on my mobs.
