welcome back to another semester and with that some start of uni promo including a stall on the library lawn on wednesday. its great to hear a couple of people are interested in making it happen but we still need some more helpers.
we've got permission to borrow the enviro trolley that turns into a table so what needs to happen is
* compiling a stall box from existing promo materials, banner, float, paper weights etc. on tuesday sometime - probably take about 30 - 40mins
*photocopying of the flyers we are out of which yasemin has volunteered to do (btw i'll send you stuff as soon as this email is out) and adding them to the stall box
*if we want to have snack packs for the stall these will need to get made up (1-1 1/2 hr job for tuesday at a time when its not busy in the co-op ie early morning or late afternoon)
* 1030-1130/12 two people to take stuff from the co-op up to the library lawn, get the trolley from the guild & set up the stall (i'll give you directions for how to get from the coop to library lawn with a trolley and no stairs)
*12-1 two or three people to be at the stall
*1-2 two or three people to be at the stall
*2-3ish two people to pack up the stall, take the trolley back to the guild, take remaining stuff back to the co-op, sort out money & put stuff away etc.
if you're interested in helping out, please email me (rather than the whole list so we dont flood peoples inboxes too much) with what you'd like to do & i'll compile it & send it out to everyone involved in making this happen.
