hello co-op members!
 
just a quick note about membership forms.
 
some of the membership forms that i've received recently have not been printed properly, so that the little check boxes aren't there (next to questions about whether you want to be on this email list and about how you'd like to contribute to the co-op).
 
i think this may have made the forms confusing. in particular i think some people might not have ticked yes to being on the email list even though they did want to be.
 
so anyone with a form like this who didn't tick 'yes', i have put on the email list anyway - if this is you and you don't want to receive emails like this, reply to me (not the list) and i can remove you.
 
i don't know who prints the forms but if you are signing someone up, could you please make sure they are clear about it - in fact even with the good forms, can you double check with them if they haven't ticked 'yes'? i often wonder how often it's just because they didn't notice the question.
