Hi all! there will be a meeting of coop foodies
happening on tuesday at 515 (the 3rd of oct i think)
to discuss a bunch or a sprig of coop business yummy
snacks will be provided for those (and i cant believe
you exist) who need more incentive here is the aggenda
as it stands:)hope to see you there

1. Thoughtful Foods turns 12 this year(how cool is
that?). We need to make plans for the birthday
celebration including what we want to do, who can help
a date, etc.
2. Monika will give a brief report on Enviro Week
3. Monika to give a brief finance update, including
information about audit & membership statistics
4. Shannon and Monika to give a general update on
opening, veggies, stock levels, vollies
5. We need to pass a new date for the AGM
6. Shannon & Monika to raise a new phone policy
7. ASEN (Australian Student Environment Network):
national food co-op network, affilition, publication
money.
8. Pass general policy regarding opening hours doing
stuvac and exams (so we don't need to do it every
semester)
9. Summer holidays: We need to discuss what do we want
to do about the shop, veggies, and volunteers
10. Set end of semester working bee dates
11. Discuss Oweek of next year
12. Begin making plans for next year
13. Talk about wend of the year social event for
volunteers and general co-op members
