Hi,
Yes, the number-rows-spanning property on table-cell IS now implemented,
but only in the CVS version, not yet in the last release (0.19). If you
want it before the next release (hopefully coming up fairly soon,
Arved???), you'll have to use the CVS sources.
Unfortunately, the implemented.html file isn't yet up to date with the
flurry of new things that are going on - although generally that refers
to the available releases. However it's good to remind us to make sure
it's up to date!
