image on every pdf page

I have images working ..

       <fo:external-graphic src="http://localhost:8100/somepic.gif
        content-height="3cm"
        content-width="8cm"/>
  </fo:block>


Is there a way so that this image is always on a page when a page break
occurs in the pdf file.(kindda like page numbers..)
