Fop-devs, I just tried to commit a file I had added. Result:
**** Access denied: Insufficient Karma (pbwest|xml-fop/docs/design/alt.design) cvs server: Pre-commit check failed It looks to have something to do with the avail file, and access to a resource called 'id'.
