You can search the web for "TeX hyphenation" to get a feeling. Apart from this, the TeX community has a central repository, http://www.CTAN.org. It does not have a hyphenation file for chinese, which I don't think is surprising because I was always under the impression that there isn't even such a concept like hyphenation for chinese script.
