Are "we" going to add a xalan.bat/xalan.sh script (and any other
similar, useful files) to the distribution? FWIW, here's the content of
my xalan.bat file:
java -cp lib/xml-apis.jar;lib/xercesImpl-2.0.1.jar;lib/xalan-2.3.1.jar
org.apache.xalan.xslt.Process -IN %1 -xsl %2 -OUT %3 -DIAG
(it doesn't work yet, but I'm sure it could be improved by one of the
FOP-DEVers versed in such things :).
