There might be a problem: UTA uses JGraphT which is LGPL. FOP cannot depend on LGPL software (Apache licence policy).
There is a "graph" subproject inside Jakarta Commons. Maybe this could be used instead of JGraphT. Anyway, how does UTA relate to Luca's recent patch on line breaking?
