As Jeremias told, there isn't much "official" documentation about the
basics of the new breaking algorithm.
A wiki page, or maybe more than one, could be very useful, even to keep
track of the points that could need some more work.
I have thought of writing it some times ... but unfortunately I never
found the time to do it! :-(
