reference to the hyphenation pages in OFFO.

xdocs/0.90/ makes the most sense to me. That way, we only have to 'mv' it all more than once for each release version. There shouldn't be too many changes between 0.90alpha1, 0.90alpha2, 0.90beta1, etc.
