Confirmed. Why would anyone file a bug against v0.92 when obviously not using that version at all? Would like to repeat the following question to the OP: Are you *absolutely certain* that FOP is even used to produce the erroneous PDF? Judging from the metadata, the document was at least post-processed by Adobe Distiller. If you can't provide the right info, we can't help you.
