Adding another repo does not solve the license issues that adding these
dependencies create.
those artifacts are non-distributable, see
[https://download.java.net/media/jai/builds/release/1_1_3/LICENSE-jai.txt]
hosting those artifacts for general download is in fact a breach of the license
terms by jboss.org
