Thank you for responding. There are three steps the project can take
immediately:

1. Decide on a static-site generator to move to. Projects have moved to
tools like Pelican and Hugo with little difficulty, and find them fairly
easy to work with.
2. Secure a formal PMC vote on the migration, and approval that Infra can
remove the project's artifacts from the Apache CMS once the migration is
complete
3. Open a Jira ticket for INFRA to cover the migration, so we can track all
the little things Infra needs to do to support the project in this move.
Whoever picks up your migration ticket will be your technical guide from
then on.
