We want to use fop 2.6 but the binary and source distributions contain a closed
source font.
There is one file in this package
(fop-2.6/fop/test/resources/fonts/type1/c0419bt_.pfb) that is licensed under a
U.S. Government Restricted Rights license and cannot be distributed.
