With regards to warning "Unresolved ID reference ..." for row ID , warning is
generated for <fox:destination internal-destination="idrow1"/>
it is thrown as as those IDs are not mapped in IDtracker, ID tracking consists
of ID attached to cells and block as those are mapped area.
But linking to fo Row does work, check previous comment
