Hi [~nour-eddine],
I'm finding that FOP version 2.8.0-SNAPSHOT (and 2.8) _is_ including outlines
although Acrobat Reader version 2023.001.20064 is not _presenting_ the outline
automatically. I am finding that Reader renders the document with the outline
window collapsed and I have to click on the arrow graphic to expand the window.
So I plan to reject this ticket based on cannot-reproduce. But if you want to
clarify the issue, please do.
