Would this commit address the veraPDF Rule 7.18.5-2 validation errors shown for
the PDF/UA-1 validation profile for basic links even when they have a
fox:alt-text attribute? ("Links shall contain an alternate description via
their Contents key as described in ISO 32000-1:2008, 14.9.3")
