To implement [/table @orient], I am wrapping the [/table] in an
[/fo:block-container] and applying the attribute [/@reference-orientation="90"]
in there.
This correctly orientates the table but the table content overflows the page.
{*}Expected result{*}: The table will automatically break to the next page
retaining the landscape orientation.
