I managed to get the hyphenation to work even when the language is set to en.
It doens't seem to be related to language, but seem like the
hyphenation="false" is not working.
Update: Inline are hyphenated if it's parents are hyphenated, hence why we
can't change it's hyphenation value. It also looks like the hyphens in the url
are being seen as hyphenation points, so perhaps we are able to go around that
by adding the url as an hyphenation exception. Not sure how one can do that
with the hyphens though.
