Is it possible in xsl-fo when generating a dynamic pdf to add static pdf pages that are contained in a separate pdf file into the final pdf?
For example, 2 pages from a pdf file at start of document + dynamically generated xsl-fo + 2 pages from pdf file at end of document TIA, Michelle
