Do you have the margins set to exclude the region-after area?  If not, you can get overlap.

     I have a fo:table with dinamic content, so I don´t know how many rows will have in execution. When I have a lots rows, the last rows appear writed in the region-after and in the next page.
    Why do the rows appear in the region-after?
