Any idea on what this is suppose to reference? I was going to see if I could specify the Xalan XSLT processor and see what performance differences there were (if any).
FOP uses Xalan by default, specifying another XSLT processor will have a limited effect on performance, because most of the work in generating a PDF from XML is done by the XSL-FO formatter and not the XSLT processor.
