Hi,

 

$ Extract from the site : http://xml.apache.org/fop/running.html

A table of contents could be replaced by PDF bookmarks instead or moved to the end of the document (reshuffle the paper could after printing).

 

How can I reshuffle the pages of TOC from end of the document to 2nd page.

 

   If anybody done this, please give me the solution in this regard.
