but I do not define any ID's at all. I do not write .fo files: it comes out of xsltproc. I have no idea why fop complains this way: that particular ID only occurs once in the .fo file.
It's a well known bug. No workaround, ecxept for postprocessing the FO file. Don't ask for a bugfix.
