No.
Only first-starting-within-page is implemented correctly.
IIRC first-including-carryover is implemented exactly the
same way as first-starting-within-page, this has something
to do with the implementation detail that markers always
get attached only to the first area a FO generates.
All other retrieve-position-values are also more or less
buggy, although still somewhat useful.
