Well, I don't really know but the first thing that struck me was that the URL in question was a little hokey looking. Normally they would start, "file:///c:/..." or sometimes I'll see "file:/c:/..." (the first is the correct one AFAIK). Is it possible you goofed when you updated the root of the install for jakarta-tomcat-5.5.7?
