That's seems tricky to correct !
Arabic character shaping is tricky in any case, even after the
BIDI issues are solved. There is a Perl script somewhere which
does character shaping. Unfortunately I don't remember where I
found it, search the usual web sites (source forge, freshmeat)
or google for "arabic character shaping".
