Then just rework your stylesheets to use the separate border model on
tables (border-collapse="separate"). This border model is fully
implemented in 0.92beta and generates better-looking output than the
somewhat strange implementation in FOP 0.20.5.
I dont think so. My tables are correctly displayed in 0.20.5, but not in
0.92 (some borders do not appear at all, but do appear in 0.20.5).
This problem occurs with or without the attribute
border-collapse="separate". It does not matter.
The table border algorithm was not conformant in v0.20.5. If it doesn't
work for you now then please provide a small sample so we can see what
you are trying to do. Table borders work fine for me in 0.92. If it
turns out to be a bug then we'll fix it :)
BTW, the generated pdf is a 217Ko file with 0.92, while the same FO
document yields to a 7 Ko pdf file with 0.20.5.
The size issue is related to colour profiles. This bug has been fixed in
the latest code available in Sub version.
So IMHO, 0.92 is still a beta version for pdf rendering.
I disagree, 0.20.5 has far more bugs.
If you think it can be usefull, I will send you my real fo document
(with tables).
Yes please.
Thanks,
Chris
