FOP 0.92b Java 1.5.0_6 XP Pro sp 2 Printer: HP officejet 6110xi Printer: Kyocera Mita KM-3035 copier/printer Printer: MS Fax Perhaps the easiest to reproduce is with the MS Fax which comes with XP. I still get the same offset on the top block (including the logo). I don't think I can use Chris' suggestion since I don't have a postscript printer. I guess my fallback is to write the pdf to disk then open and print it from within my program. Do you see anything above that differs from your setup?
