There are a lot of validation errors with FOP 0.93, which makes me think you're using the ancient 0.20.5 version. Body overlapping the page footer is a known problem with this version. As it is no longer supported I strongly suggest you to try out the 0.93 one. The problem is very likely to disappear with it.
