That could be the effect of color management. Please note that XSL-FO
specifies all RGB colors to be in the sRGB color space. FOP 0.20.5 used
to output device-specific color (which was, strictly speaking, wrong).
But 0.93 and later output the colors in sRGB color space. If you use
some other tool to compare colors you need to pay attention whether you
are in device-specific RGB (uncalibrated color) or in sRGB (calibrated
color).
