Indeed not, but building FOP is a proverbial piece-of-cake, if you
have Ant installed. Check out via Subversion, navigate to FOP's root
directory, and run 'ant package'. The resulting fop.jar can then be
found in the 'build' directory.
Note that, to build FOP, you don't need JUnit or XMLUnit. This is
only required if you want to run all the unit-tests as well. For the
'package' build target, you don't need them.
