(Using FOP 0.94)

I have the following FO to test a bookmark to an external resource

<fo:bookmark external-destination="url('http://www.google.com')">
  <fo:bookmark-title>To Google</fo:bookmark-title>
</fo:bookmark>

Have tried the following also and they do not work also:
external-destination="url(http://www.google.com)"
external-destination="http://www.google.com";

FOP 0.94 does not seem to do anything with it as in no output at all. I get all
the internal bookmarks output but not the one an external destination. What am
I doing incorrectly? I've also tested in 0.95 and no go also.

While I'm on bookmarks. Am I able to bookmark to the search function in Acrobat
Reader? I see that the current docs (here at NF) use an index file that they
manually create and then somehow tie it together with a bookmark to the search
function.
