I am attaching the requiredd xsl and xml .Yes its an XSLT with FO.I mentioned it wrongly ,it works well with FOP 0.2 and not FOP .95. I didnt test it with FOP 0.95.We upgraded from FOP 0.2 to FOP 1.0 and the application started giving this issue.
