Hi, FOP implements the Unicode Line Breaking Algorithm UAX #14 [see 1].
degree symbol is classified as "Postfix Numeric", for witch break before is not allowed if preceded with numeric or closing sign. numéro sign is classified as "Prefix Numeric", therefore constraints are inverted. In addition to this, combining pairs have to be considered (letter + special sign, special sign + letter, etc.) [1] http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr14/ 2012/10/25 Christian Pestel <[email protected]>: > Do you know why degree character break the line ? -- pascal --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
