same here - its seems if the simple-page-master's "margin-bottom" for all pages and the simple-page-master's "margin-bottom" for the last page are different sizes, it throws an exception "org.apache.fop.fo.pagination.PageProductionException: Subsequences exhausted in page-sequence-master "invoice", cannot recover". This doesn't make sense to me because the last page is allowed to have it own set of properties.
