For those not following the PR, https://github.com/GregSutcliffe/foreman_column_view/pull/18 and https://github.com/theforeman/foreman/pull/3884 together fix the issue. I'll release column_view 0.3.0 shortly but the core commit is only scheduled for 1.13.1 so the true fix won't take effect until then.
