While trying to deploy foreman with katello enabled I noticed that setup fails while trying to start mongo. The logs do not expose anything interesting, but if I manually call systemctl restart mongod.service followed by restart of foreman-installer it progresses succesfully.
DEVs may want to investigate if there is a timeout hardcoded somewhere in the setup that kicks in too earily.
