When using Streamer and "On Demand" download policy, do Foreman Smart Proxy Content servers (capsules) try to get the content from their parent Katello server or from the repo source directly?
Basically in the event that the parent Katello server is down, can a capsule still provide content? Sure all of the RHSM functionality will be gone so no new subscriptions/clients but would existing clients of capsule servers function as expected? Side note: (What are we calling capsule servers now??? "Foreman Proxy" is kind of broad. "Foreman Proxy Content server" is clear but pretty verbose. "Content Server?")
