Dear all,
The "forensics" list hosted by Security Focus is an invaluable place to get
answers for tricky problems related to computer forensics. However, the
English language is not always the mother tongue for some people and
although they can easily read english, they are hindered to ask questions to
the list (mainly because they are unsure of their ability to convey the
right message). Furthermore, some issues in computer forensics are intimely
related to the applicable law, or legal procedures, which in some countries
might differ greatly from Common Law.
We have then created a mailing list, in french language, dedicated to
computer forensics. Subscription and posting are moderated and if you want
to subscribe just drop a short description (with your last and first names)
to :

The announcement in french language is following.
It is a kind of "little sister" of the Security Focus "forensics" list :-)
Take care and sorry to have disturbed the non-french-speaking fellows,
David Billard.
